2019年7月11日至25日，由杭州东方中学初中七年级学生组成的游学团，横跨亚欧大陆，来到了美丽的岛国——曾号称“日不落帝国”的英国，度过了为期两周的游学之旅。这次游学由体验伦敦日常生活、学习互动式英文课程和领略英国风光三部分组成，可谓一场别开生面的心灵旅程。

PART 1

—— Hello,Travel ——
体验一周的伦敦都市生活是同学们要过的第一关。在这一关中，同学们要大胆地和寄宿家庭成员进行英语交流；要逐渐适应国外的寄宿生活；要学会使用谷歌地图，自行步行或乘坐公交、地铁等交通工具往返于住家和学校之间。在经历了丢卡丢手机、赖床迟到、坐错站等狼狈事件之后，同学们逐渐地变得独立成熟起来，较快地适应了英国的生活。

PART 2

—— Hello,Travel ——
同学们在杭州东方中学的友好学校——伦敦大卫歌姆中学进行了为期三天的互动式英文课程学习。校方对东方中学的师生表示了热烈的欢迎，由副校长和主任介绍了学校的历史和教学方式。该校非常重视细节，首先对我们同学进行了书面测试和个人面试；然后根据学生的不同学习程度进行三个层次的分班教学。课堂教学形式活泼多样，内容生动实用，受到了学生的肯定和欢迎；最后举行了隆重的结业典礼，学校给每个学生颁发了结业证书。

英国是一个古老而深具魅力的国家，光是首都伦敦就有数不完的名胜古迹，蜿蜒流淌的泰晤士河、雄姿焕发的塔桥、称为“千禧之轮”的伦敦眼、古典庄肃穆的议会大厦、收藏惊人的大英博物馆……无不让人惊艳。同学们提笔将内心的感受细细道来。

01My trip to the British Museum-Suri Shi

It’s my first time to go to London. I went to London with my classmates. I went to Buckingham Palace. It was great. But we are not allowed to take photos in it. What a pity! On the second day, I went to the British Museum. There was lots of artwork. They all have a long history and own different stories. It’s an interesting trip. After that, we went to the Thames River. It was clear. I went boating there. How nice!

I think the trip was wonderful. I also learned a lot of knowledge from it.

02Unforgettable memory in Cambridge-Sophie Jiang

Today we left for Cambridge. Sophia and I left the host family and said goodbye to Sandra. I will miss her. Because she helped me a lot. Then we packed our luggage and took a long bus ride. The bus ride was so long that I felt a little bored and sleepy. But when we got to our destination. I felt very excited! We walked to the royal college in Cambridge. I saw a lot of old things and they were amazing. I couldn’t describe these things in my own words. I learned a lot and really enjoyed this trip. It will become an unforgettable memory for me.

03My second week in the UK-Vicky Fang

Now, I am in Oxford. Yesterday, we went to the Red Devils Manchester United Team old Trafford Museum. In the afternoon, we visited the Industrial Museum. We were also so lucky to visit the place where William Shakespeare was born. I ate delicious ice-cream there. We went to Glasgow the day before yesterday and ate Chinese food as dinner. It tasted nice. Four days ago, we paid visit to Edinburgh. The landscape in Edinburgh was so beautiful. Our foreign teacher Christ whose home was there met us and showed us around the old castle.
During this trip, I got on well with my friends. They were very friendly. We enjoyed the scenery together and I felt life was great here. Tomorrow we will go to the airport and return to China. I really enjoyed myself these days but I also missed my family. Hope I can travel to the UK in the future.

“坐着船迎着风，我们来到了全伦敦最高点：伦敦眼。坐在玻璃舱里，眼前空间渐渐开阔，远处的地平线升起一座座或高或低的建筑物，头顶是炽热的阳光，带着温度的白云飘过，在最高点的时候，我们如愿以偿地见到了整个伦敦。”

“英国国家美术馆中，著名艺术作品云集，让我们畅游于艺术海洋之中，梵高的《向日葵》让我们领略了大师的风范，而《岩间圣母》则让我们追溯伟大“复兴三杰”之一达芬奇的风采。自然历史博物馆中，矿石荟萃、化石云聚，跟着凌老师的讲述我们了解了化石的形成和分类，看到了多彩的水晶在光线下放射出各种颜色，我们还看到了地球发展演化和地质地貌形成。旅行让我们了解了世界，了解了历史，了解了文明；更陶冶了情操，净化了我们心灵！”

离开伦敦，先一路向北，再折而向南，最终回到伦敦。沿线经过剑桥、约克、爱丁堡、格拉斯哥湖区、曼彻斯特、牛津、温莎，风格迥异的城市和乡村景色美不胜收，深深地烙印在同学们的心中，成为永不褪色的回忆。

“每天住在不同的旅馆里，每天不同的城市，不同的风土人情，各式各样的教堂，记录了时间的流逝。我们去喂了天鹅，乘坐了游艇，领略别具一格的湖区美景，在一片惹人陶醉的湖光山色里，暖暖的阳光慵懒地洒在湖面，满眼的蓝色随着微风荡漾，一直缓缓荡入沉醉的心里。”

“作为苏格兰的首府，爱丁堡的城堡真的别具一格，伫立在高山上，庄严而又神圣。站在爱丁堡最高处放眼长望，爱丁堡的古老尽收眼底。历史的痕迹在城墙上勾起回忆，曾经的战争时期仿佛尽在咫尺。”
