夏暑已至，转眼间假期已过半，格兰德学子伴着激昂的心情在7月28日共同抵达英国伯恩茅斯小镇，同学们将在格兰德姊妹校The Brockenhurst College度过两个周的时光，并与本地的洋爸洋妈一起体验原汁原味的英国家庭生活。
浪漫开启
感受英国风情美丽的温莎小镇是英国之旅的浪漫开启，这里有英国女王的城堡和许多特色建筑。迷人且充满特色的英国风情深深地感染着每一个人。初识温莎小镇学习充满智慧的主题课程英式范儿十足的特色课程接受了英国风情的洗礼，同学们在Brockenhurst开启了丰富的课程：英国主题式课程和活动课程完美结合，课堂生动活泼、形式多样、大家沉浸其中，而下午的课程则结合了森林公园探险、海滩徒步、野外求生等各式各样活动，加强与社会的链接、培养与大自然的敏感度，完美实现学以致用。深度体验英式教育行知结合零距离感受英国文化野外求生真的见识到了一眼望不到边的New Forest，在这里学习野外如何生火、用树干和野草搭建房屋，真正习得生存技能，在这次实践中，我们看到了团队合作的重要以及感受坚持不懈、敢于挑战和尝试的精神。
Bath trip
走进巴斯古城，伦敦唯一一处被评为世界文化遗产的城市，巴斯在英文中的意思是“洗浴”。罗马人最早在这里发现了温泉，兴建了庞大的浴场，如今这个浴场仍可以使用。来的路上群山环绕，很多小别墅就在建在山上，透过窗远远望去，被眼前的景色深深吸引，土黄色的建筑、各式各样的小花，都向世人诉说着属于他们的独特魅力和悠久的历史传说。同学们根据前置单提前了解了巴斯古城，并兴致盎然地带着学习和体验的目光欣赏每一处景色，边看边学，真正实现学习与实践结合。巴斯古城每日反思总结见证成长成果结束了一天的生活，同学们会在家梳理当天所学，在圈内用纯英文视频互相交流、讨论，每天在沉甸甸的收获中结束。成长从未止步，我们仍在前行！
学生感悟

在这几天的学习中，令我印象最深刻的就是在新森林公园散步与在布洛赫特学院学习漫威系列的时刻了。在新森林公园散步时，由于我们没带水，所以每个人都口干舌燥，虽然同学们都很累，但依然还是坚持了下来。其实我们在这期间一直都在说说笑笑，还在比谁用手做出的动作更高难度一点，我们十分开心，每个人的脸上写满了高兴与喜悦。我们在学习super hero的时候，虽然我不知道太多的英雄，但是我还是认真听讲，不放过任何一个单词。在老师叫我起来回答问题的时候，我的心砰砰乱跳，因为我并不知道太多的超级英雄。在同学的鼓励与提示下，我终于正确地回答出老师所问的问题答案，这时我们互相对了个眼神，都情不自禁地笑了。在这五天里我们过得十分充实，一个个笑逐颜开、兴奋无比。相信在接下来的时间中会更加充实美好。加油！Fighting!

When I just arrived in the UK, I was a little surprised. The weather here is a bit cold. Unfortunately, I didn't bring enough thick clothes. However, I was more surprised the next day. It’s too hot at noon!According to the arrangement, we live in different host families for the next two weeks. Our host family is very good to us. They always do something delicious, take us to some fun places, or stay at home chatting. They are so friendly that they look after us everyday.Up until now, we have been in the UK for six days. During the six days of school life, we really learned a lot. On the first day here, the teacher who came to meet us at the airport is very enthusiastic. And he’s also responsible for guiding the teachers to meet us at school. The teachers here are very humorous. And the course is quite different every day. Most of the lessons are related to the afternoon practice activities, which are really useful and interesting, like archery and bushcraft. All in all, it's fun.The British are very friendly and very polite, so I had a very good time here. Well, these are my feelings. I hope that I could have a happy time in the next few days. Study hard, and improve every day！

This is the sixth day I arrived in Britain. This country gives me a feeling of freedom and vitality. The homestay families are very friendly and interesting.Recently we studied some knowledge about the activities in the afternoon. Like today, in the morning we studied some English words about sports, and in the afternoon we went to the forest and tried archery and bushcraft. We enjoyed the class, and the teachers are nice.The Britain has lots of national parks and the New Forest National park is one of them. We study here and live here, so we can roam in the new forest national park. There are fresh air, a lot of species of plants and some different kinds of animals. It always gives me a new feeling and it always be full of vigour.We went to the Thames on the first day. The Thames is a big river and lots of swans there. They are friendly. After we finished the task assigned by the teacher, we feed the swans and had a great day.The Britain is a quiet, gentle and great country .I love here.Thanks.

This summer holiday, I took part in a study tour to Britain organized by my school. On July 27, after more than 12 hours of flight, I, together with more than 20 classmates and three teachers, with expectations, came to the British capital city London, which is more than 7,000 kilometers away from China.We did not stay long in London, and after another hour and a half's drive we arrived at our destination, Brockenhurst College, located in the new forest and started our learning journey.Our English courses are usually in the morning. We learned some grammars, listening and reading. In the afternoon, we have many different kinds of activities, such as going to shopping, film appreciation, wild survival, which includes archery, how to make a fire, and how to build a shelter and so on.I think those practical courses not only improve our English level, but also enrich our experience and ability to survive. Similarly, the life of the host family also makes us live in a pure English environment, and our oral English and listening comprehension have been greatly improved.This is a great experience, and I will join it again if I have another opportunity.
