回顾暑假历历在目，孩子们在各大优秀夏校经历了独一无二的夏天。当然，我们也收到了他们陆续提交的参赛作品，接下来会和大家一起分享孩子们记录的夏校生活！

今天登场的是Ming同学，在伯恩茅斯艺术大学参加了艺术作品集准备夏校，度过了充满成就感的夏天。

夏校经历分享

This summer, I went to summer school in Bournemouth.

Bournemouth is a nice town in Dorset, south west England. Art university Bournemouth is the summer school I went where I attend a 3-week course for portfolio preparation.

This is the first time I went to a summer school all on my own which made me quite nervous at first. However, when you really stepped out of the plane and stepped onto the land of UK, all you have to do is be brave and communicate. Thankfully everything went smoothly and I arrived at the dorm of AUB without been kidnapped by a maniac or anything which my mom was always worried about. That’s a progress.

The next challenge is——to make friends. Yes. The one thing that I am not good at except math is making friends. Especially when I am surrounded by many foreigners. Fortunately, my fellow classmates were very lovely and easy going. I ended up having friends from Spanish, Japan, Russia and many other places in the world. I also met some of the most helpful and wise teachers and I could discuss my thoughts about artworks with them.

That’s my teacher James and these are the signatures that my friends drew for me when the course was almost over. When they all become famous artists, I will sell these signatures out and make a lot of money.

The most intriguing and probably challenging part is the course itself. We only have 3 weeks and we need to create a complete and high quality portfolio within this short period of time. I need to produce one artwork per day which is very challenging because usually it takes several days for me to actually come up with some good ideas. However, the sense of accomplishment after I finished each piece of artwork is very encouraging. My creativity was improved greatly. I got chance to use all kinds of materials and medias which also enriched my skills.

Here are several works I’ve made. Some screen printings, 3D models and graphics.

Everyone was immersed in the atmosphere of creating art. I could exchange ideas with other great senior students who were much more experienced than me. We learned from each other and improved together. And that was one of the greatest opportunity I had attending this course.

My collaboration ability also improved a lot. We had a project which is to make a stop motion animation with 3 other team mates. We need to finish the photo taking in one day which makes it impossible for one person to do all the works. Although it was only the second day of the course, me and my team mates still worked pretty well and ended up taking almost 500 pictures and making a 46 seconds animation with clay models. The team work was very successful.

Apart from learning at school, we also spent out weekends attending various activities. We visited the Victoria and Albert’s museum, watched fireworks on the beach and went shopping on Oxford street.

The whole course ended by a brilliant exhibition containing every work we’ve made during this 3 weeks and our portfolios. It was a really happy 3-week and I really enjoyed spending times creating art with like-minded friends.

伯恩茅斯艺术大学位于英格兰南部，可爱的海边小镇伯恩茅斯。成立132年以来，代表英国艺术创作教育领域的最高水平，学校除了强调基础艺术教育和培训以外，也开展广泛的业界合作，使学生小小年纪就有施展才华的实际空间。具有现代时尚感的校园本身就处处充满着艺术和创意的闪光点。

该大学已举办了数年的夏校，每年给来自42个不同国家的400多名学生留下了难忘的创意夏天。

2019年夏天，点路的藤子老师亲自去考察过的，全英就业率最高的艺术大学，设施条件太赞了。而且为了让更多对艺术感兴趣的中学生有机会体验大学的艺术资源和师资，2020年开始特将最低年龄降至15周岁。

课程内容：

多个专业艺术课程供选择，包括：艺术作品集准备、时装设计、英国建筑与设计、专业动画入门、绘画技能提高、电影制作、专业电影化妆等。

其中艺术作品集准备是一个综合了不同艺术形式，最受欢迎的课程，包括：
● 实践艺术课和主题项目
● 素描本：发展创意
● 排版与设计，以及拼贴画练习
● 绘图、插图及平面设计
● 时尚和纺织品
● 摄影与电影
● 建筑和3D设计
● 混合媒体和版画制作
● 布局和作品集展示
● 专业艺术导师审查学生的作品集

项目时间：

2020年的时间安排如下
● 7月21日至8月7日，共三周

适用年龄：

15-18周岁

申请材料：

海外学生需要具备英语CERF B1或者雅思4.5水平，各种艺术学习背景和程度都可参加。

学费：

全课程£3495英镑。包括课程、教材和活动、单人间住宿（含套内卫生间和共用厨房）、周一至周五的早餐和午餐（晚餐及周末用餐不含）
