爱丁堡夏校校规及行前指南

洗衣服务：

学校提供每周一次的洗衣服务，请务必在衣物标签上用防水笔写上学生拼英名字。请自带洗浴毛巾并携带约2-4个大洗衣袋。

学校迎新物品包括：

03校规

The course rules outlined below are designed to ensure that all students and staff are able to enjoy the summer free from any unpleasant, intimidating or aggressive behaviour and in safety.下面概述的校规是为了确保所有学生和工作人员在夏校期间的安全，避免受到任何不愉快事件、恐吓和侵犯行为的打扰。

The breach of any rule stated below may result in dismissal from the course.  Furthermore, any student who breaks the law or displays aggressive, intimidating or inappropriate behaviour will face instant dismissal from the course.  Should a student face instant dismissal, the student will be withdrawn from the course with immediate effect and will need to return home at the parent’s expense at the earliest possible opportunity.

违反下列规定可能导致学生被勒令退学。此外，任何违法或表现出侵犯、恐吓或不适当行为的学生都将被开除。若学生被开除，将立即退出课程（未完成课程不予退款）、被立刻遣送回国且由父母承担相关额外费用。

• 1.Students are expected to attend and engage in all meals, classes and arranged activities and excursions.学生须参加并参加所有的膳食、课程和活动和文化探索。
• 2.All damage to property, equipment and rooms will be charged to the student.学生须爱护学校财产、设备和实施，任何人为损坏将由学生赔偿。
• 3.Gratuitous or wilful damage to school property, public property or other students’ property may result in dismissal from the course.无端或故意损坏学校财产、公共财产或者其他学生财产的行为，可导致学生被开除。
• 4.Consumption or possession of alcohol by students of any age is not permitted and will result in dismissal from the course.任何年龄的学生均不允许饮酒或持有含酒精饮料，否则将被开除。
• 5.Drug-taking or possession of drugs will result in instant dismissal from the course.吸毒或私藏毒品会立即被开除。
• 6.Smoking is not permitted in any of the school buildings or in the grounds of the school.学校范围内无论室内室外均不允许吸烟。
• 7.Racist or intimidating behaviour towards another student or member of staff will result in dismissal from the course.对他人（包括学生和工作人员）的种族歧视或恐吓行为将导致被开除。
• 8.In the boarding houses, girls and boys may only mix in the designated recreation areas.在学生宿舍，男女生只能在指定的公共娱乐区混合共处。
• 9.Any student who leaves their house after lights out may be dismissed from the course.熄灯时间后不可以离开自己宿舍，否则将被开除
• 10.Personal mobile phones must be turned off during all lessons and scheduled activities. Our mobile phone policy must be adhered to.在所有课程和安排的活动中，必须关闭个人移动电话。学生必须遵守学校的手机管理政策。

We reserve the right to make any changes or alterations to any aspect of the course, in the event of unsuitable weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

如有不适宜的天气条件或其他因素超出我们的控制范围，我们有权对本课程的任何方面作任何改动或更改。

04手机管理政策

• 1.In morning assembly all students must leave mobile phones, tablets and other devices are to be left with house leaders before the start of class at 9 a.m..在集合晨会上，学生不可以使用手机，所有的学生必须在9点开始上课前将手机、平板电脑和其他电子设备交给宿舍管理老师。
• 2.All students can have electronic devices from after lunch (13:00) until the start of activities (14:00).学生可以在午餐后（下午1点）到下午活动课程开始前（下午2点）的时间段拿回手机等电子设备使用。
• 3.After activities (16:30 – 17:00) students can have devices until 18:50, where in evening registration they must give again to house leaders, if they have not already done so.下午活动课程后（16:30–17:00）学生可以拿回手机等电子设备使用直到18:50，在晚上集合登记时他们必须再次将手机等电子设备交给宿舍管理老师。
• 4.After evening activities, students have the opportunity to phone home until bedtime at 22.00 or 22.30. Students 14 years old and under go to bed at 22.00 and over 14 go to bed at 22.30.晚上团体活动结束后，学生们有机会在22或22.30点钟就寝时间前打电话回家。学校规定14岁及以下的学生22点上床睡觉，14岁以上的学生22.30点上床睡觉。
• 5.From 22:00 or 22.30 until morning assembly, the next day, all students MUST HAND IN their phones to staff.自就寝时间（22:00/22:30）到次日起床时间的时段，学生必须主动把手机交给学校老师管理。
• 6.Students may have their devices overweekends, Sunday night they should be given back to staff.学生可以在周末自己保管和使用手机等电子设备，周日晚就寝前必须上交学校老师统一管理。
• 7.Discovery Students may take their phones and other devices with them in order to take photos, if they wish. The students have full responsibility for these devices when on trips and excursions.选修《苏格兰文化历史探索》课程的学生可以在该课程期间自己携带手机等电子设备以便拍照，但是在自我保管期间学生对自己的手机等贵重物品的安全负全责。
• 8.Timings are approximate, due to traveland turnaround times.以上时间只是大致参考时间，具体时间以学校实施时为准。

We are committed to giving all our students the very best experience when they are here with us over summer. We are restricting the use of mobile phone and other devices to ensure that students are integrating and are as engaged as possible. We have found that text messages and many phone calls to and from home can prolong, and in some cases, create a feeling of homesickness. We want all students to be as happy and as restful as possible and so we have implemented this policy.

我们承诺在夏校期间给予我们所有学生最好的体验。我们正在限制移动电话和其他设备的使用，以确保学生能够融入并尽可能地参与其中。我们发现，短信和许多跟家人之间的往来电话会引发或蔓延学生的想家情绪。我们希望所有的学生都尽可能的享受快乐和闲适，所以我们已经实施了这项手机管理政策。
