一、Summer School Introduced 夏校介绍
Tsnglan School, a high-level international school jointly established by Huawei and Tsinghua University High School, has top-notched international teachers and educational ideas. Tsinglan School adopts the Tsinghua High School International Curriculum Model, which combines theeducational philosophy of Chinese and Western cultures, draws on the strengths of education in other countries, draws on the essence of Chinese culture, and provides international education with roots in tradition.

Tisnglan School will offer the Archway Program in July, 2019. The program will make full use of Tsinglan school's international resources and human resources to provide full-English courses and experiences for G1-G8 students. In the two weeks of study, students can not only improvetheir English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in a pure English language environment, but also participate in a variety of sports and artactivities to improve students' English communication skills and interpersonal skills. After completing the two-week summer school, the students will:
2019年清澜山 ‘浸润式’全英文夏校，将于7月开启。夏校将充分利用清澜山的国际资源和师资，为G1-G8年级的学生提供全英文的课程和环境体验。在两周的学习中，学生不仅能在纯正的英语语言环境中全方位提高英语听、说、读、写的能力，还将参加丰富多彩的体育艺术活动，以同时达到锻炼学生英语沟通和人际交往能力的目标。在完成两周夏校学习后，学生将：
- Grasp the core concepts of Englishin major subjects of international schools, and be fully prepared for future international schools or overseas studies;
- Improve the ability of public speaking, confidently express yourself and present opinions in English, and develop the logic needed for speech;
- Deepen the understanding of Western art and social sciences;
- Focus on inquiry-based learning, increase your interest in English, and cultivate the enthusiasm for self-learning;

二、Program Highlights 夏校五大特色
- Small class sizes: No more than 12 students per class, ensuring that each student receives sufficient attention from the teacher;
- Immersion Program: Integrate English into life, adopt intensive English management and teaching methods. Experienced Chinese and foreign teachers will design different scenes and courses to provide students with full English education, so that children can be immersed in English. and improve reading and expression skills after drills as a result.
- Accurate testing: This summer school will use the MAP test system with over 40 years of experience in the United States to conduct assessments for students. A personalized study plan for each student will be developed based on students’ MAP test report.
- American-styleCourses: The summer school program will provide children with a pure American teaching experience, paying attention toboth English and disciplinary learning, and use the various teaching methodssuch as situational teaching and project teaching method to present a class with interest, knowledge and interaction. For children of different ages, weoffer phonics, English picture books, school English, subject English as wellas drama, songs, sports and other courses in English.
