I believe that time management matters if I want to maintain some semblance of work-life balance.

I use my time productively by working in the right environment.

I try to minimize distractions by shutting off my phone and social media.

I prioritize my tasks and make a list. I work out the order by thinking about which tasks are urgent and how important each task is.
我会按优先次序，将任务列一个清单。思考那些任务比较紧急，每项任务有多重要，从而决定顺序。

I set a time limit to each task. During the period, I focus on the task at hand.
我会对每项任务设定一个时限。在某个时段内，我就专注于手上的任务。

我每天都按照日程安排行事，能够充分地利用时间。

To me, reading is a regular task. I do some reading every day. It can be intellectual or light reading.
